I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences. I became fascinated with the human psyche and how it's affected by society.  Through education and the practice of mindful meditation, I found my calling as a life coach.I am a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). This  training program gave me even more tools to help you improve the quality of your life. My journey has taught me that our lives are not a series of random, uncontrolled events. There's a reason behind our struggles and a reason why you exist. I am here to help.
